New On the Web site

New Men’s and Unisex designs
We are currently testing the new men’s and unisex style shoe last. We are calling this the “Gunton” after Erick Wilcox’ Father and Grandfather. Pictured on the sight is the Football shoe and the Three-Button shoe. Until further notice, styles on this last are strictly special orders.

Updates to our policies regarding custom designs, lasts and pricing
To provide better service, we are changing the policy on “full custom” services. While we are not abandoning the custom last service, we are limiting the selection of lasts to styles on hand or in development. This means that we will offer to have a stock last copied in your size to be dedicated to you, but to maintain an ideal of low heels and health, we will not accept orders for high heeled styles, or “toe pinchers.”

Don’t forget that we are constantly working on new designs, and we may have a style in development that is just what you are looking for, that isn’t on the web-site yet -- ask to see our design book or tell us what you are looking for!

Most designs can be made in custom ordered leathers. Prices quoted after discussing requests will reflect this. Please ask us about shoes built wholly from vegetable tanned leathers or locally produced upper leathers and linings.

Modifications to existing styles are priced based on the cost of materials and labor plus the modification fee.
